A House Called Happiness

I'm making happy thoughts my priority. I'm making sad ones almost non-existant just so that there is that little bit left to drive me right to happiness' front door.
I imagine happiness to be a big house (or a small bungalow if you prefer) made from those bricks of your life which secure you. Anything from family to the person you love are firm enough to pass for these as long as you let them.
And it goes without saying I would imagine that throughout your life you build up this house adding new bricks and pieces of furniture in the form of experiences you come through and achievements you gain as your time as a human being and most importantly a "human doing".
Everything that makes up this house from the foundations to the furniture are not flawless but make you happy and eventually this is where you wish to retire to when you feel that there is nothing more left to do but live.

Lunar Eclipse February 2008

Do you remember? I bet you do. I'd never seen anything so magical before. Well, except for you of course. I would have said handsome but such a description really doesn't suit this moon. That adjective is purely for you. Come to think of it, I'm purely for you. Nothing else will ever own me or take me because I will never be willing to give my all or even a part of myself to anyone or anything other than you.
But even though this moon is not handsome, it is significant of my love for you. On that night you texted me which was nothing extraordinary. You told me to gaze into the dazzling night sky. And when I did so I observed such a delicate yet fiery sight. Except you did not know that at that very moment my heart burned for you.
